So Far So Good

First day for first time Plusnet customer (switching from BT Infinity) - and so far so good. Contact throughout has been spot-on and everything that I was advised would happen, has - almost.

And that 'almost' wasn't Plusnet's fault, it was mine. I jumped the gun a little early connecting up and met with a 'can't connect' type error. However, 5 minutes on the phone with a great cs rep and I was up and running.

Speeds are in the ball-park, but i'll keep and eye on them over the next week or so.

So far so good - and that's without mentioning the price versus BT!
