Slight Problem

I am a fan of Plus.Net, that's why I've been with them for so many years.....yes years!  But, a slight problem with ticket response times is slightly annoying at the moment, it's like there's just nobody there  Wink
I'm sure that's not true, more like they are just busy, an interim answer would be good, any answer, just so I know that you've not all frozen to death up there in Yorkshire Grin
Is anybody there.............?
