Sky text me to say change over happened 12 hours after ordering

Hi Guys
is this even possible?
ordered plusnet yesterday, just got a text from Sky saying changeover has happened today?

Hi there,
Not as far as we're aware. The order's placed but isn't showing as due to complete until the 12th Feb, so here's hoping Sky keep your account active until then!

I wonder if it is phone bait as it says to call them
can I also please ask, will I need the engineer to come inside as I already have the BT open reach modem, so I guess it is just a profile switch at the cabinet?

Hi, no you won't though for some reason migrations still don't take place until the booked appointment date. No idea why, but there it is 😕
