Its coming up for a week now since I lost my fibre connection following migration at 2.30 AM on the 25th May to the "new network". I was told that everyone migrated that night had the same issue:
" as per our conversation i can confirm the issue with the migration is part of a wider issue affecting a number of customers that were due to migrate onto the new network on the 25th. Part of the order was successful but part wasn't and this is where the issue lies. we are currently doing our best to get this resolve with our supplier so that we can get everybody back online."
After four days nothing had moved and only because I phoned up was anything moved forward.
So now I am told that the earliest I can expect attention from Openreach is on the 6th June. Twelve days!
