Signed up in November, still awaiting £75 cashback

I Signed up to Plusnet in November and am still awaiting my £75 cashback. I have spoken to them on the phone several times and have been told it is on its way i spoke to them again in feb and was told it would be with me after my montly payment, we are now in may and i have still not received my cashback, i spoke to an online customer service assistant this afternoon and she told me it would be raised with their marketing team and to even get a reply from them will take upto 5 working days!!!! ridiculous! anyone else managed to get their cashback and how? its only been 7 months! i feel like i have been lied to!
