Yes it should, and I specifically asked for the Service Status reskin to be postponed until the email subscription/RSS feed problem was sorted. Unfortunately there was a breakdown in communication and when I challenged the changes the day before the rollout, it was too late as the code that was getting rolled out had already been merged.
We made a mistake, mistakes happen, sorry.
