I am glad he is happy  ;D
I dont like that his bill is £15 cheaper than mine, and i dont even have talk anytime  :'(
(Just checked and my exhange is now Market 2 - when does the cheaper price kick in, is it market 1 only?)

The BB packages from PN are cheapest if your exchange is market 3 and dearest if market 1
You should see if you can get a "better" deal from the PN customer options team (if they still exist)
