Satisfactory resolution of problem

In case it is only the people who have problems with Plusnet support that put comments on the forum, I would like to express my thanks for the way that my problem was dealt with  Smiley
I started to experience speed issues and followed the prescribed online procedures which resulted in me raising the relevant ticket. This was dealt with well within the stated time scale and I have now done the requested 3 BT tests and I am receiving a slightly better speed than before.
All my contacts with Plusnet have been good and I will continue to recommend them to others.
