I was recomended to change Phone and BB to plus net by a friend. After several enquires to sale team I was Repeatedly assured that there would only be a short interuption in phone & bb service of about 1/2 hour whilstt change was made My Phone line has now been changed with th promised short break however I am now told it will be around 7 Days before by broadband service is enabled (i am writing this on friends computer) I am already regreting change to plusnet and wondering what other lies I have been told about plusnet service.
