Rubbish service & non existent Customer Service.
Just checked the procedure when my existing contract ends. Firstly cannot see any details of my agreed package. Informed that there is no notification when contract ends. It's up to the customer to manage there own account! This is unbelievable bad customer service, and if there was an award for apathy your company would win it outright!

annoying that you can't see in My Account tabs, as has been raised before.
