Delays with my home phone account. It actually ended up working two days before Plusnet even told me it was working This caused me confusion because I was being told that my phone service was delayed even though I was using it. So I thought that they were talking about my Broadband. Eventually sorted. Broadband was scheduled to be installed on the 23rd of April. Today is the 19th and here I am Thanks for taking my numerous phone calls and ticket updates I look forward to using your service in earnest.
Hi there and thanks very much, I've checked on your account and I can see that there's no denying about a couple of teething troubles. Firstly the order was delayed due to a backlog with our suppliers causing the lead time on orders to increase and I can see that there was a fault with the landline following activation which has also been resolved. We're glad to see however that your order did go through sooner than expected.
