I've just checked your connection logs, nothing yet. Just let me know if there's no sign of the router today.

I just got home and there were no router or pick-up slip in my mailbox. Please commence plan B.
I have not received a message from you in the forums, by email or in the Help Assistant --> Your Questions.

What is happening? My line has been active for almost a week and my router was even sent out earlier than it was supposed to. I'm starting to believe that it hasn't been sent out at all. Why haven't I heard from you today, Adam? I've been checking the forums and my account on my phone to the brink of lunacy the entire day. I really appreciated you contacting me to help me further, but now this plan B just seems like a tease.
Edit: Is there somewhere in London I can go and pick up the router myself? I'd much prefer that to receiving it by post.

As per our discussion over the phone 2 days ago we agreed that you would let me know if the router had not been received. I did not hear anything from you which led me to believe there was no issue.
The only way you would be able to pick up one of our routers in London is if a delivery had been attempted and a card was left for you.
Plan B is simple I'll send a router from here via special delivery.

You didn't HEAR from me? I wasn't serious about shouting so loud that you'd hear it. You call me from a hidden number so I contacted you by the only means available to me: in the forums and through the help center and that only 45minutes after you phoned me. Please, please send it out as soon as possible.

on the Phone calls, I was having billing trouble last year and had several phone calls from JameseH  and the number was not with held on those, is it now because of the new phone system and the 0845 number which hopefully is going to be dumped?

We've yet do make a decision about this p_p, we have a few things to consider including a few system related concerns at the moment. You'll most likely hear from me or Bob when that's been decided though.
