Repeated Service Status Emails

Service Status seems to gone into repeat mode. For the past few days I have been bombarded with the same email over and over again with 82558 regarding Broadband Connectivity. Please STOP!!

I imagine there are still some customers who can't reconnect - I don't think the advice given is right...

In the middle of testing some new RSS feeds and it's getting in the way.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Along with notifications from contractors about road and path resurfacing in the city my phone seems to be constantly beeping.
