Can you let me know if this happens again and what browser you're using?
No action for me in current versions of both Chrome and IE.  Perhaps PlusNet don't include either of those in their site testing?

@ChrisWasn't working on either IE 11 or Safari on iPad
Now working on IE 11, and Chrome on iPad - still not working with Safari on iPad

I have exactly the same happening right now, Google Chrome Browser Version 43.0.2357.130 m, Windows 7 Professional, connected from my employer's offices via BT Business Internet.  Whichever box I select turns green and that's it.

I am  getting timed out on any PN link I click on, it has just taken me 9 tries to get on the forum.

The only way I can get on here is by going to the PlusNet user site, then forums, then clicking the forum link.

We're having some issues with the site and internal systems. Unfortunately I can't post a service status at the moment due to these issues.
