There are a handful of accounts that are going to need manual cleanup, but my understanding now is that the automated refunds have all gone through.

Chris am I on that list.  I dont seem to have received "the email".
I'm totally lost at whats happening on my account this month*.  I would have like to have responded to ticket 74675093, but it auto closed due to 14 days inactivity whilst I was patiently waiting for things to be resolved.
Is it possible to re-open 74675093 rather than me having to go through everything again.

OMG.
Ive just this evening received an automated email that quotes "relating to invoice number #54878368". 
I think something has gone very wrong with my account.
Please reopen #74675093 so I can respond.  Chris Purvey/ Chris Pettit Please!

I am fairly sure that closed tickets can't be reopened
The usual advice is to start a new one referring back to the closed one

How long has that discrepancy been running as I am not aware of any changes since one of them went to fibre yonks ago so the rebate should be a lot higher
