Refe- a-friend and cashback from quidco/topcashback on new account opening

Pl can the plusnet moderator state categorically the answer to this query, after having researched and once you know for sure?
I have asked your chat operatives and got 2 different answers to it.

If I sign up via a cashback site (quidco currently offering £110..!!) and I mention a friend's username in the referral section of the application, would I get the cashback AND my friend get the 75p/month (better then nothing!)?
Or would it be deemed that the friend referral meant that quidco hadn't "referred" and as such not be payable?

The forum moderators are customers and do not work for Plusnet.
You need a Plusnet representative to give you an official answer.

I remember a thread in the past where the answer was no. It was in the third party's T's and C's.
That being said, I can see that your account has now been referred, so hopefully there isn't any further issue.
