Worse customer service !

Having checked your account, I'm not seeing notes reflecting your issues, or of your cancellation request but we are sincerely sorry for any issues that you've experienced.

Unfortunately, we're not able to accept cancellations via social media and so I'd recommend calling our Customer Options Team. They are contactable directly on 0800 013 2632 and they are open between the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00

You think I haven't done any of these?they say you don't have any issue and we won't cancel your contract .bunch of charlatans!
