Hi,

I have been suffering the removal of customer service since Plusnet was bought out by BT.

Plusnet used to be a good company .

I'm leaving because like you I couldn't get a decent response to anything.

Then the final straw was the £34 a month for standard broadband (no fibre and no phone calls).

Hi @Fourvees,

 

I'm sorry to hear you're leaving.

 

If you had come to the end of the minimum term of a contract and reverted back to standard pricing, you would have been able to re-contract on a new discounted rate to try and keep costs down moving forward.

 

I do wish you all the best with your new provider.

What is the difference between Minimum and Maximum term of service ?

Minimum is set to 365 days

and the full or maximum term is 365 days.

I have paid in advance for the telephone line rental but you want to fine me more money for not using what I have paid for because the new ISP wants to transfer the service a few days before the end of the year.

I think an extra charge for something you have already paid for is unfair.

I think a complaint to  Offcom is my only option
