What is going on? Ticket #106588562 btw if anybody from Plusnet can be bothered to take a break from their coffee break(s).
I couldn't raise a support ticket, because you've decided customers are sheep to be herded into 9am-9pm pens, so raised a complaint on Mon 29 June at 22:45. It's now Wed 1st July at 22:22, so 48 hours and NOTHING.
Shame on you PlusNet.

To be fair, the complaint page does clearly say that there's a 5 day turnaround. That said, due to the number of complaints they're now dealing with the delay is more like seven!

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
