Guys - I appreciate that you're all under pressure but would it be possible to know when I could expect a response please?

Many thanks for the call - all fixed now: screwed up router which after a couple of resets worked again!
Thanks to you and Townman for pointing me in the right direction.
When the chips are down PN and its Community did come to the rescue. And I'm grateful ...
