Can someone take a look at the above ticket (my in laws account, not mine) please.
I can't get a straight answer (or any answer tonight). I need to know if this is going to go ahead this thursday or friday or not at all. I get told it is waiting for survey results and then it is all go for Wed (which we can't do) and now we get an update saying it is still waiting on external work.
The house move is on Wednesday and we won't have phone or email from then on to chase.

I can see we replied to your ticket earlier this morning to confirm the appointment on Friday for you.
