Question #75090560 No response in over a month.

Can someone at Plusnet please advise as to why there has not been a reply to my support note for over one month. Question #75090560.
Have you simply given up trying to solve my problem?

Really sorry you've not had a response in so long. Unfortunately the Support Ticket was put into a Ticket Pool that is not monitored. I've passed your ticket over to the Faults Team for further investigation to the problem for you. We'd expect a further response within 48-72 hours.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

It's been picked up on by Chris Parr now and we're getting that particular pool sorted out.
