Question 185849591 has been passed to you!! NOT IMPRESSED

You sent an email to me yesterday relating to question 185849591 and asking me to go into my account to set a time for an Engineer to call as testing your end did not find any fault with my service.

This is hardly surprising as I have not reported any problem.

When I go into my account to view the ticket I find that this has been appended with another message advising that the previous ticket had been raised in error.

OK I accept that this sort of thing can happen but what has irritated me is that the Agent who raised both tickets emailed the first one to me but did not send a follow up advising that it had been raised in error, hence me having to dig into my account to investigate.

Maybe a bit of training is required?

No problem. It was just that I had to dig through the labyrinth that is Plusnet's account system to find the ticket and the fact that it was cancelled that irritated me. I didn't click on the link in the email as I did not know if it was a phishing scam.
