Quality of service

Connection keeps dropping, and I have to reboot the modem every time to get it back. Plus.net customer service tells me this has to happen more than twice daily to be considered a fault. See details of conversation with customer service here -

Re: Quality of service

It is against the Forum Rules http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,218.0.html#post_contact to post the names of CSA Agents
As such I have removed your link and would ask that you remove the names before reposting it

Re: Quality of service

How often is it dropping since the engineer's visit?
Did the engineer replace the modem?

Re: Quality of service

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you're having with your connection, ukolsch.
I've had a look over your connection and can only really echo what the Faults Team have mentioned - your line is stable:

When do you generally see the drops in connection? I appreciate that not all (but most are) drops aren't registered on the above graph so any extra information you can provide would be most helpful.

Re: Quality of service

How do you connect to the router, wired or wireless?
