Positive feedback - fantastic service from Openreach.

Yesterday I took the day off to meet the Openreach Engineer to fit fiber again to my house.
The service Engineer arrived at the time agreed, he was surprised to be at my house again as he had already fitted Fiber in February. I explained that I had been reverted back to ASDL and I had a suspected line fault.
He said don’t worry I will carry out a full test whilst I am here. He then changed my master socket and carried out a line test. He then found couldn’t get a signal on my line and would go and check at the cabinet.
I received a call 5 minutes later to say that my ports where faulty and he would get new ones setup.
This was done in less than 20 minutes.
My Order was only placed on Tuesday as my previous one had been cancelled! I am not sure if Plusnet or my new service provider arranged the visit but my kids are happy again!
