I have recently joined plusnet and encountered some issues with the setup of my Broadband connection, I spoke to several plusnet agents who were all very helpful professional and left me satisfied that the issue was being worked on. However one agent in particular Adam, was particularly helpful and he took my case on personally so i had one point of contact to the resolution. He was professional, courteous and very reassuring. The only issue I have with plusnet at the moment is the extent I have to go to be able to provide this positive feedback! (Could there not simply be an email address to send this to?) Otherwise keep up the good work!
