Poor technical support attitude after 2 hours & speaking to 3 staff members


I have been experiencing slow connection speeds for around 3 months now and after 2 hours looking at the problem again today I don't need support staff with a real attitude.
Can anyone provide an email address so that I can make a formal complaint.

I have used it before but as you know they all work for the same company.
I found it to be a complete waste of time and energy, a bit like there technical service.

I've had a look at your connection and can see that there appears to be noise on your downstream that is causing slower speeds, your line has had a few disconnections recently but appears to be more stable now, if it's still stable by the end of the day it may be worth placing a SNR reset on your line to help your speed.
