Sorry to see that it caused hassle, hope the rest of your Easter was ok. Glad to see that it was rectified for you by a manager too.

I want the member of staff on this ticked number, when I get it, to be disciplined! 

 

I would like this member of staff disciplined for doing this without my consent.

We'll pass on the feedback internally. There won't have been any bad intentions, and it's likely to have been an honest mistake.

i suspect @Mars2050 won't rest until the person has been sacked, kicked out of their home and forced to live on the street for the rest of their life.

whatever you do, don't send a sorry note to him in the post in an envelope with plusnet written on it.
but you are free to keep his details on your system for at least 3 years.
