I too now hate plusnet, after moving house last year, I was offered fibre optic broadband half price for 18 months, so I said I would think about it. Decided to upgrade online and it now costs me £50 a month. Every time I call and wait about half an hour for a connection I'm told "it is not possible to do online and nothing can be done to change it" Erm, yes something can be done, a credit can be applied to my account. The call centre isn't UK based, which is fine, but I cannot understand what they say as there is a language/accent barrier, when I said to the man yesterday that I could not understand what he was saying he shouted at me and said I was rude!! Aye, plusnet does us proud........Not!!!
