tx you adam. It is difficult to use text relay and  cutoffs are very frustrating        there are sadly worse companies than plusnet at cutting people off  either they are too busy or they dont understand textrelay and think its a marketing cold call

I'll send an alert around the CSC to make sure agents are au-fait with dealing taking text-relay/type-talk calls.
