Plusnet Survey - no voucher option!

I got an email through from Plusnet to complete a survey for the chance of winning £50 voucher. Surprised at the amount of time the survey took (felt like15 minutes), then didn’t even have an option to input details it just said thanks for completing.

Don’t bother completing it as it is false advertising.

What was the survey about?

IF it was genuinely from PN , there is no need for you to input details  they already have them.

@TS02 Hi there, would you be able to confirm the email address you received this email from? 

I was aware of our system sending out emails similar to this not too long ago but we confirmed with one of our back-end teams that they shouldn't have been sent out.

The survey link went to a Basis survey and no questions about Plusnet feedback.
