Plusnet Service Excellant

I joined Plusnet in the previous two weeks, after only been connected I established that my exchange had upgraded to ADSL2+. I contacted Plusnet who arranged for this upgrade which occurred just under two weeks later. I synced at over 18000 with a IP profile 0f over 16 Mbps. My Plusnet profile was not altered so a quick call and 10 minutes later I was downloading at over 15 Mbps. I cannot fault the excellent customer service it really is quite refreshing.

I have now been a plusnet customer for over 3 years and I can honestly say that my experience has been the same as yours throughout.  Grin
