No, there are no restrictions prior to the limit being reached. Not sure if this would be of interest to others but I may start a poll to get an idea of which console/PC our pro customers are actually using, I can guess an other/more than one category may be needed.

Restrictions starting at 13GB is as per specification for Premier 1. No products introduced since then have restrictions before you reach your allowance.

Admittedly I'm not a member of LoveFilm any more, so I don't know for sure, but I don't think you can download the films, you can only stream them. So it's a case of watching them at normal, sensible hours and using some of your on-peak usage, or staying up until past midnight just to watch a film.
