He can wait another 4 weeks, after all he's only living alone and probably won't need to call anyone.... Shocked and appalled at the attitude, the long call wait times, the lack of concern for the elderly, the inability to manage a new install with 4 weeks notice. For a company that sells on good honest customer service, I am just amazed they are allowed to trade. Will likely cancel my own account as well.
Hi there, I'm really sorry about this. I can see our provisioning team have rebooked the appointment for you, unfortunately as per the ticket the original order was cancelled and we weren't notified by our supplier. I realise this isn't a good first experience, and very much hope things get better from here on.
