We don't actively promote use of the geographic numbers any more, this plus some changes to how our phone system works means that we cannot display our number when we call. However I'm certain that we're going to assess both the level and the nature of the feedback we get on this matter to understand if we need to look at changing this.
If this is an issue for any customer we would urge them to make us aware so that we can note this on their account in case we need to contact them.

I often use my mobile to phone PN as I get 500 mins free to geographical numbers per month from home, but not to 0845, which in PN's case the 0845 is also free on my heritage 240 homephone
