Plusnet Assist STILL being advertised on the new offers available from today

Plusnet, this really is just NOT acceptable when the tool will only work on Windows OSes upto Windows 7 and IE9. You do not make that clear in your headline advertising and have to search the product small print to find that out. You've been told about this before.
Edit: As the current offers are only for 7 days, you have plenty of time to "get it right" for the next lot  Roll_eyes

Re: Plusnet Assist STILL being advertised on the new offers available from today

<rant> Urgh this kind of advertising really annoys me, working in marketing in a regulated industry I'd probably get fined a ridiculous amount of money for that. That must surely be close to mis-selling, PN are advertising software that will work for a very minority of potential customers, it's just not right! </rant>

If by very tiny minority you mean around 10% well that's no different to the "up to" speed advertising  rules imposed by Ofcom, that figure being what just the 10% of users actually get.
By that rule, the assist tool might work for "up to" 10% of the user base  Shocked Cool Roll_eyes
