After paying £21.99 for years, and being with PN since the dial-up days, I decided to give PN a call and see what they could do. After all, £21.99 in todays world of broadband for 3mb is a little high. I've spoke to Tom, I believe, and he gave me top notch service. I've now switched to the Extra package, with the pro add-on, and am still paying less than what I was initially. Sure, the peak times are a bit more restrictive than my old legacy pacakge (4pm-midnight), but i'm at work during the day anyway, and I now get 60gb instead of 20gb. The only negative was the 15 min wait on the phone. Probably due to it being around 4.30 i'd imagine (or at least hope that was the reason).
