In wake of the DNS issue seems like the phone lines have died. If you're going to cut back on opening hours I and I imagine others would appreciate it if your phone lines actually worked during opening hours. Especially since we've had no internet access all nights "This mailbox is unable to take messages" helpful.
Nice helpful message now that tells you wait times are long. Then you get the busy tone and disconnected. What's wrong with your phone system!? People may want to talk to you about billing issues etc that don't relate to this most recent failure.
