'Phew...what a relief'.

Having changed to Plusnet, I was hoping to have a stress free was almost....
Two days before Orange were due to disconnect me, I lost internet connection.  Thought this might be a mistake, Orange cutting me off early.
On the big day, plugging the router in only showed a power light...plugging it in to my neighbours line showed full complement of lights.
BT assured me that the line was perfectly OK and it must be the new provider, but they gave me Plusnets phone number...very good.
Spoke to Paul....very, very helpful, phoning me back and said he would investigate.  While I was at work the router came to life....hooray!
Appears BT were working on the exchange...
I am connected.
So far, so good!
