It's only a minor thing, but the best ISP should get these things right 
In the section headed Why choose Plusnet, item 4 reads:
You can join our community and chat with other staff and customers, which would surely make more sense if it said
You can join our community and chat with other customers and staff.
OTOH the word 'other' could be deleted.

Or You can join our community and chat with staff and other customers
In fact almost anything except what it currently says!

I'm not a huge fan of the two 'and's... perhaps something like...
You can join our community to chat with other customers and staff
I'm not entirely convinced by that either but I'm too drained to feel like thinking of anything else at the moment... you can see what I'm getting at though.
