Can I have it changed please. Just for a while and I will drop you a PM within a month and get it back to Unlimited and if it does work out I guess I will stick with. Will that be instant or at the start of the new month? Shouldn't make a difference if it is instance should it? since it is the same price.
Can you also see why I can buffer ipayer, youtube etc, but not Skyplayer on 360 in the evening.

Also I'm afraid I can't tell you why you can't buffer skyplayer on the 360, but if you can arrange a wireshark packet capture I can make sure that's seen by Dave and the networks team. They're the ones who do all the signature business.

Havn't had any improvments tonight. If anything it feels worse. Can you put me back on unlimited please.

I'd advise running it for at least a week before making any decision. It could be that tonight is a bit busier (the weather's bad so people haven't gone out), or you might be on a more congested gateway.

Under usage it shows Unlmited though. I think there was a glitch and now I have been charged £2.63 for some reason.

The usage is showing that I just started a new month? What's wrong?
The member centre is saying that today is start of a new month, my months starts on 21st usually.

Just realised that even though it says its a new month it finishes on the 20th.

Your billing date will still be the same, you just get the added bonus of a usage reset as part of the account change. Not that it matters to you, as you're on Unlimited.
