At a guess you have seen how handy it is to see problems in action and recorded. So how about you make a similar tool and run it in house, rather than rely on a third party
Maybe you could factor in dynamic IP addresses, so the graph is correct with the new IP address without customer intervention.

The dynamic IP issue is one that TBB were looking to address.

PN do already have some way of monitoring things using their traffic management system.

But taking advantage of a monitoring system such as TBB already up and running could be said to make financial sense
