@ Onlyme
I don't want you to think that I've been ignoring this thread.
I should be able to get these charges removed for you next week - I'm afraid it won't be today, but I should get some movement on it on Monday.

Re: PN are charging me for their error

It seems like theres a lot of problems involving all these talk/phoneinternet packages...I think Ill give them a swerve for now...
Is it worth the bother plusnet?...forget the competition, its a market that epople are constanly changing from one provider to another anyway...better just to stick to the internet?

@ Jameseh
Just logged in having been absent for a few days.  Re your reply #32; are you saying that PN are not going to charge me for the ACR for the past 4 months?  If so, I would like to thank you for your effort and this has certainly restored my confidence in Plusnet.  Thanks to everone who has contributed to this thread and shown their support.  Smiley

Re: PN are charging me for their error

Having seen a post elsware, does this just apply to Metronet, or to F9/Free-online/PlusNet as well?

Re: PN are charging me for their error

It's only on Plusnet (F9 & Free-Online) Home Phone/Talk where anonymous call reject was taken.

Any news yet, did you manage to get an amendment on my impending charges?.  My billing period ends next week.

Re: PN are charging me for their error

Or not if you're not available to answer it Smiley
I should *hopefully* have a developer free to work on this with me today.
The problem is that the actual problem which caused your problem was actually mainly a case of us refunding customers who had paid too much for features and you got caught up in that with the increased cost to ACR Sad

Re: PN are charging me for their error

Sorry James, I was out and left my mobile at home.  I will leave it to you now and won't bother you again, thanks for your help.  Smiley
