I am amazed with the standard of customer service I received today, when informing Plusnet of a house move. Not only was this change made promptly, but the person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and I didn't receive the usual robotic questions and answers usually associated with customer service. <Redacted> made the experience personal, and didn't make me feel like just another customer. She was very informative and was excited to hear that my new property has full fibre, and could upgrade us for an extra 2 pounds a month, a no brainer.
Hats off to <Redacted> for making, what is usually quite a testing experience with other companies, so easy to bear and actually enjoyable to talk to. What a delightful person, and I hope they get recognition for the energy and happiness that they put into their role.
