I'm certainly no Marketing Specialist, however, I have always found PlusNet an efficient, pro-active, technically competent, innovative, professional and friendly ISP, offering easily understood and well thought out tariff contracts.
Why couldn't this be reflected in the TV ads, rather than the image of a bumbling buffoon, who doesn't in any way project the interesting, sharp and warm personalities of my Yorkshire friends?
