Order tracker - Potential line problem

Hi Folks,
I signed up for unlimited fibre last week and I have an engineer appointment this coming Friday.
Everything appears to be progressing normally apart from my order tracker seems to be stuck at "checking your line" with the comment "We've found a potential problem on your telephone line. We'll look into this and will be in contact with you shortly".
Is this anything to be concerned about?

Nope, there shouldn't be anything to worry about. The agent who placed your order missed a step on the order tracker, I've updated that now and dispatched your router.
