Yes this is what I thought as the engineer ran the test off the socket
The phone line comes from the cabinet over a post and then goes into the loft and then down. He said the line quality tested is good from the cabinet to the socket but this is what it is I guess
I am still happy as I am coming from 5.5 mbit 700 kbits upload so 7x on download and 12x on upload (upload is important to me)
So no complaints there. All services including sky on demand up and running after rebooting the sky box
