It is not possible to email a reply.
To have access to open questions you need to login to the members centre where you should see any open questions you have https://www.plus.net/member-centre/login
This link https://portal.plus.net/wizard/?p=search should also take you to where you need, but you need to be logged in to the members centre for it to work.
