On the 12th day of Christmas my Plusnet sent to me ...

ON the twelfth day of Christmas my Plusnet said to me,

Renew now with special offer we have made up just for thee.

On the eleventh day of Christmas my Plusnet said to me,

Sorry but this good deal is no longer offered onto thee.

On the tenth day of Christmas my Plusnet sent to me,

A bill for Fifty Quid and pennies – far more than it should be.

On the ninth day of Christmas Plusnet heard not from me,

For I ranted in the office, not good for my BP.

On the eighth day of Christmas my Plusnet heard from me,

Where’s the deal you offered, twenty-one quid and ninety-nine pee?

On the seventh day of Christmas ‘twas Syal said to me,

Keep your hair on Mike, I’ve an even better deal for thee.

On the sixth day of Christmas a ticket came for me,

A better rate than my present one, and so I’m filled with glee.

On the fifth day of Christmas fair Karen sent to me,

A refund for the fifty quid, so my balance black will be.

On the fourth day of Christmas my Plusnet sent to me,

Two tickets and an email, so the figures I could see.

On the third day of Christmas my Plusnet sent to me,

Another year of faultless fibre, from downtime always free.

On the second day of Christmas my dear wife said to me,

Enough of all your moaning, it’s Christmas time of glee.

On the last day of Christmas this ‘poet’ now needs a rest

So I’ll raise my glass to Plusnet, and wish you all the best!

A very Happy Christmas and peaceful New Year to everyone on this forum, particularly PN’s hard-working staff for their help and unfailing good humour down the years.

Mike

It would not have taken 12 days to sort that out, if Live Chat had been operational !. Cheesy
