Not such a negative experience

I am a new customer with plusnet, by broadband was connected last Friday 18th Feb, it has been running at a snail's pace since, typical download speeds of  between 0.25Mb/s  down to 0.14Mb/s I raised a fault and it has been acknowledged that there is definitely a fault on the line ( no brownie points for BT then as the engineer fitted a new main box and tested the line on Friday the 18th), I phoned customer services about a half hour ago to arrange for a convenient time slot for a BT engineer to attend next week, the phone call was answered straight away, no waiting time at all.
Well done so far plusnet! You will get the full pat on the back after my line is sorted out.
